Cookie Policy

Effective Date: 30 July 2026 · Version 1.1

This Cookie Policy explains how Vyete Technologies Ltd ("Vyete") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Vyete platform.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time, so you do not have to re-enter information each time you visit.

Similar technologies include web beacons, pixel tags, local storage objects, and session tokens. For simplicity, this policy refers to all such technologies as "cookies".

2. Types of Cookies We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be switched off. They are typically set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, adding items to your cart, or completing a checkout.

| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | |---|---|---| | vyete-jwt | Maintains your authenticated session | Session | | vyete-refresh | Silently renews your session without requiring you to log in again | Longer-lived | | cart_id | Persists your shopping basket | 30 days |

Because these cookies are strictly necessary, they do not require your consent.

2.2 Performance and Analytics Cookies

Vyete does not currently use performance or analytics cookies. If this changes, this section will be updated in advance, and any such cookies will only be set with your consent via the cookie preference centre (Section 4.1).

2.3 Functionality Cookies

These cookies enable enhanced features and personalisation — for example, remembering your preferred currency, language, or recently viewed items.

| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | |---|---|---| | locale_pref | Stores your language/region preference | 1 year | | theme_pref | Stores your light/dark mode preference | 1 year | | recent_views | Stores recently viewed products | 90 days |

2.4 Targeting and Advertising Cookies

Vyete does not currently use targeting or advertising cookies (no third-party ad-tracking pixels are active on the Platform). If this changes, this section will be updated in advance, and any such cookies will only be set with your consent.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services that appear on our pages (e.g., embedded maps, payment widgets, social share buttons). Vyete does not control these cookies. Refer to the relevant third party's privacy policy for information.

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

4.1 Cookie Preference Centre

You can manage non-essential cookies at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the website footer, which reopens the preference banner shown on your first visit. Your choice is saved on your device and applies on future visits.

4.2 Browser Settings

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies via their settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will impair Platform functionality, including the ability to log in or complete purchases.

Common browser guides:

4.3 Opt-Out Tools

You may also use industry opt-out tools such as the Network Advertising Initiative Opt-Out or Your Online Choices.

5. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. The Platform does not currently alter its behaviour in response to Do Not Track signals, as no uniform standard exists.

6. Changes to This Policy

Vyete may update this Cookie Policy as technology or regulations change. The current version will always be published at the URL of this page.
