Fleet Partner Programme
Effective Date: 8 May 2026 · Version 1.0
This document sets out the terms and requirements for logistics companies and multi-vehicle operators ("Fleet Partners") participating in the Vyete Courier Programme as corporate entities. It supplements the Courier Distribution Agreement, which governs the underlying delivery obligations, and takes precedence in the event of any conflict with respect to fleet-specific matters.
1. What Is a Fleet Partner?
A Fleet Partner is a registered business entity that:
- Operates two or more delivery vehicles under a single commercial registration.
- Fields multiple individual drivers under a single Vyete Fleet Partner account.
- Invoices Vyete for completed runs through a business account rather than individual driver accounts.
Fleet Partners may be logistics companies, courier cooperatives, transport firms, or any business deploying drivers in their capacity as employees, contractors, or agency workers.
Individual couriers who operate a single vehicle are not Fleet Partners and are governed solely by the Distribution Agreement.
2. Programme Benefits
Fleet Partners receive the following advantages over individual courier accounts:
| Benefit | Description | |---|---| | Consolidated billing | Single weekly or monthly invoice for all drivers across the fleet | | Fleet dashboard | Centralised view of all driver performance, activity, and compliance status | | Volume-based incentives | Enhanced earnings rates at aggregate fleet GMV thresholds | | Priority run allocation | Fleet accounts eligible for scheduled contract runs and guaranteed minimum volumes | | Dedicated account manager | Named Vyete contact for operational and commercial matters | | Custom payout arrangements | Flexible settlement schedules available for qualifying fleets | | Fleet-level onboarding | Bulk onboarding process for new drivers |
3. Eligibility and Application
3.1 Eligibility Criteria
To be approved as a Fleet Partner, the applying entity must:
- Be a legally registered business with a valid company registration number and tax identification.
- Have held a valid operating licence for logistics or transport services (where required by local law) for at least 12 months.
- Operate a minimum of 2 vehicles and employ or engage at least 2 active drivers.
- Demonstrate a satisfactory compliance and safety record with no outstanding regulatory enforcement actions.
- Agree to the Fleet Partner Programme Terms (this document) and the Courier Distribution Agreement.
3.2 Application Process
- Submit a Fleet Partner application via [email protected] or through the Courier Portal.
- Provide the required documentation (see Section 3.3).
- Attend an introductory call with Vyete's Partner Operations team (for fleets of 5+ vehicles).
- Complete the Fleet Induction Module (online, approximately 1 hour).
- Receive activation confirmation and fleet account credentials.
3.3 Required Documentation
| Document | Requirement | |---|---| | Company registration certificate | Current; matching the applicant's operating name | | Tax / VAT registration | Current certificate | | Fleet insurance certificate | Commercial courier/hire-and-reward, minimum aggregate cover as specified in application pack | | Goods-in-transit insurance | Per run or blanket cover meeting Vyete's minimum requirements | | Operator licence or transport licence | Where required by applicable local law | | List of initial nominated drivers | Names, ID types, licence classes, vehicle registrations | | Director / owner ID | Proof of identity for the designated Fleet Account Administrator |
4. Fleet Account Administration
4.1 Fleet Account Administrator
Each Fleet Partner must designate a Fleet Account Administrator who is:
- An employee, director, or authorised representative of the business.
- Empowered to make binding decisions on the company's behalf.
- Responsible for keeping account information current and drivers compliant.
- Vyete's primary contact for operational, compliance, and financial matters.
The Administrator's contact details must be kept up to date in the Fleet Dashboard. Changes to the Administrator must be notified to [email protected] within 5 business days.
4.2 Driver Management
The Fleet Partner is responsible for:
- Adding and removing drivers from the fleet account in the Fleet Dashboard as staffing changes occur.
- Ensuring every driver on the account has individually completed background screening and the Courier Induction before being activated.
- Maintaining up-to-date licence, insurance, and identity documents for all active drivers.
- Promptly deactivating drivers who leave the business, lose their driving licence, or become ineligible for any reason.
- Notifying Vyete within 24 hours if a driver is involved in a road traffic accident while on a Vyete run, regardless of fault.
4.3 Driver Compliance Responsibility
The Fleet Partner assumes compliance responsibility for all drivers under its account. A driver's policy violation, performance failure, or incident reflects on the Fleet Partner's account and may affect fleet-level status and run allocation.
5. Fleet Performance Standards
Fleet accounts are assessed on both individual driver metrics and aggregate fleet metrics.
5.1 Fleet-Level KPIs
| Metric | Target | Minimum Standard | |---|---|---| | Fleet on-time delivery rate (aggregate) | ≥ 94% | ≥ 90% | | Fleet POD completion rate (aggregate) | ≥ 99.5% | ≥ 98% | | Fleet consumer rating (average) | ≥ 4.4 | ≥ 4.0 | | Fleet incident rate (chargeable per 100 runs) | ≤ 0.3 | ≤ 1.0 | | Driver compliance rate (% of drivers with current docs) | 100% | 100% |
5.2 Individual Driver Performance
Individual drivers within the Fleet are assessed under the Courier Performance Policy. Where a driver's individual metrics fall below the Minimum Standard:
- Vyete notifies the Fleet Account Administrator.
- The Fleet Partner has primary responsibility for managing the driver's performance.
- If the driver's metrics are not improved within the timeframe set in a Courier Performance Improvement Plan, Vyete may deactivate that driver from the platform pending the Fleet Partner's remediation.
5.3 Fleet Performance Review
Fleet-level performance is reviewed monthly. Where fleet-level KPIs fall below the Minimum Standard, Vyete will issue a Fleet Performance Notice and work with the Fleet Account Administrator on a remediation plan.
6. Financial Arrangements
6.1 Invoicing
Fleet Partners may elect between:
- Weekly invoicing: Earnings statement and net invoice/credit note issued each Wednesday for the prior week.
- Monthly invoicing: Earnings aggregated and invoiced on the 1st of the following month.
Payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date for Fleet Partners invoiced by Vyete. For Vyete payments to Fleet Partners, the standard settlement cycle applies unless a custom arrangement is agreed.
6.2 Volume Incentive Rates
Fleet Partners reaching the following monthly aggregate run volumes qualify for enhanced earnings rates on all runs within that month:
| Monthly Completed Runs (Fleet Total) | Rate Enhancement | |---|---| | 500–1,999 | +3% on base delivery fee | | 2,000–4,999 | +5% on base delivery fee | | 5,000–9,999 | +7% on base delivery fee | | 10,000+ | Negotiated rate with account manager |
Rate enhancements are calculated on the base delivery fee before peak demand multipliers are applied. They do not stack with individual-level Elite earnings bonuses.
6.3 Deductions and Liability
Financial deductions for incident liability under Section 6.2 of the Distribution Agreement and Section 6 of the Delivery Incidents & Claims Procedure are applied at the fleet level (against the fleet invoice) rather than the individual driver level. The Fleet Partner's internal allocation between the company and the driver is a matter for the Fleet Partner to manage.
7. Fleet Audits and Compliance Checks
Vyete reserves the right to conduct fleet compliance audits with 5 business days' notice. Audits may cover:
- Review of driver documents, licences, and insurance certificates.
- Vehicle inspection (sample basis).
- Interview with Fleet Account Administrator.
- Review of driver management procedures.
Fleet Partners must cooperate fully with audits. Where an audit reveals material compliance gaps, Vyete may suspend new run allocation to the fleet until remediation is confirmed.
8. Dedicated Contract Runs
Fleet Partners with sufficient capacity may apply for dedicated contract run arrangements, which provide:
- Guaranteed minimum run volume per day/week.
- Fixed or scheduled routes and pickup times.
- Pricing agreed in advance in a written contract.
Contact [email protected] to discuss contract run availability. All contract arrangements are subject to a separate written agreement.
9. Programme Changes and Termination
9.1 Changes to Programme Terms
Vyete will provide 30 days' written notice of material changes to the Fleet Partner Programme Terms. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
9.2 Voluntary Exit
A Fleet Partner may exit the Programme by giving 30 days' written notice to [email protected]. Outstanding settlements will be processed in the next regular cycle. Vyete-provided equipment must be returned within 14 days of exit.
9.3 Termination by Vyete
Vyete may terminate a Fleet Partner's participation immediately for:
- Serious or repeated compliance failures.
- Providing false or misleading documentation.
- Systematic driver conduct violations.
- Insolvency or ceasing to trade.
- Failure to maintain required insurance.
Termination does not affect entitlement to earnings for completed runs.
